McDStuff is an online portal named because of MyStuff Mcdonalds. In the McD Stuff portal, employees get access to their work schedules, payrolls, benefits, latest openings, shift changes, tax filing, and more.
McDonald’s and a third-party online application (My Stuff) has partnered to provide the online employee tool application to track and manage the employee data such as shift management, and work schedule.

Welcome to McD Stuff, an employee portal for the McDonald’s associates and store employees. McD workers need to check their weekly work schedules and shift timings in the web portal.
Employees can click on the poping “Location” Pin to access the McdStuff Login page. The username and password are created during the first time logging in process.
A new popup window will open, prompts to save the location and language.
Select the location and language from the drop-down menu and save the preferences.
In the screen, select the employee role:
- Crew Members & Crew Trainers.
- Franchisees, Franchisee Office Staff and Restaurant Managers.
- McDonald’s Corporate Employees, Consultants and Suppliers.
Based on the above option, enter the username (Mcdonalds ID, Gmail, or Microsoft account) and password.
After the login validation, any individual can view the dashboard.

The application is available on both android and ios devices. Employees can download on their mobile to get instantly notified about their work timings and shifts.
McDonald’s My Stuff application is also available as the web version. The username and password is required for every authorized individual of McDonald’s Associates
