MyJDW App: J D Wetherspoon employees get the latest information on their work schedules and other instruction which are essential in their work. Staff can check, view rotas, and receive recent updates.
Employees’ data are secured with an employee ID and password. In case any employees hadn’t registered their account with myJDW, feel free to register online in the mobile app.

Download myJDW App
At the moment, The application is only available for android devices. Employees & Staff members can look for the app on their google play store platform. Search for the official myJDW App on the Play Store.
Like the above image, employees will find the application. Click on the “Install” button to download and install it on your device. If you ever want to download the myjdw app on your iPhone, remember that my JDW application is not currently available in the App Store.
After the installation, open the app, and in the myJDW app login screen – Enter the login credentials ie., employee email address and password. The application can be accessed from anywhere and anytime.
myJDW Staff & Employee App
Staff members are allowed to view their work schedules, the necessary information required for their job, view/manage rotas, and get real-time updates and notifications.
Employees need to access the app through the secured internet with their email address and password. From the application dashboard, employees can manage rotas in myROTA, manage time-off in myTimeOff, and manage employee discounts in the myDiscount section.
J D Wetherspoon app employees can able to access the below data:
- View updated rota in real-time.
- The manager can able to publish rotas.
- Check the paid hours and time-off.
- Get connected with Wethercentre & receive messages directly.
- Receive up-to-date company news and information.
- Support & Help section
If there is any trouble accessing my JDW App, we request the staff members or employees to reach out to the store manager regarding the mobile application to get instant help.
Registration for my JDW App
It is mandatory for all the part-time employees and full-time employees to register their myJDW account with the help of the Store Manager. However, there are a few details required for registration are:
- Employee number and employee ID (talk to the store manager).
- An email address.
- Employee’s Date of Birth
